4801.  Bruised backside healing more each day.

           each breath I take.

4841.  Making it to K-city and finding John.
4842.  Amazing lamb dinner.

4844.  A morning to sleep in and not be rushed.
4845.  An unexpected extra hour of sleep.
4846.  Restaurant waiter making sure I didn't forget my backpack.
4847.  The idea of tearing down strongholds and planting 
           something new.

           caffeinate us.

4865.  Last night: staying up all night eating junk food and playing
           Dutch Blitz.

4868.  Walking up and finding Jeremy within 20 seconds of him
           coming through the gate.
4869.  Getting to fly over and see the terrain of Turkey.
4870.  An aisle seat on the baby row for me and my mom.

           'I'll bleed my heart empty' in a hard land 'if you'll fill it up
           again'.

4873.  A missed flight but calm hearts.
4874.  Spontaneous road trip to get home earlier.
4875.  Enough energy to make the 9 hour trek home.
4876.  Hallowed discussions on sleep deprived minds about future
           worship with all the saints of the Lamb.
4877.  Hallowed discussions of the transcendence of God.

4879.  Warm shower to wash away the grime.
4880.  A nice long nap on my couch.
4881.  Putting on tennis shoes.
4882.  Sindy seeing me from a distance and running to hug me.

4887.  Getting to see the fall leaves, fall colors.

           righteousness.
